• Set up job alerts to automatically get matching jobs by email everyday or weekly
• Upload CV or fill in the suggested detailed form
• Update profile at any time
• Email a specific job to a friend
• Retrieve forgotten passwords by automated email
• Newsletter subscription
• Apply to multiple Jobs
• Create timesheets online

Clients Options
NB: choice of options allowed to clients is defined by recruitment agency

• Add, edit, roll and delete jobs
• Build company profile and upload a company image or logo
• Automatically receive automated emails notifying of expiring jobs or expiring memberships to give the chance to renew online
• Find out how often each ad has been viewed by job seekers
• Track recruitment progress
• Manage temp workers timesheets

Administrator Options

• Broadcast emails to job seekers and/or employers who signed up for the mailing list
• Add, edit and delete jobs
• Activate/deactivate client accounts
• Add, edit and delete employers
• Add, edit and delete job seekers
• Control job expiry dates
• View expired vacancies
• Manage timesheets
• Control and modify built-in banner system
• Get general statistics summary including the number of registered job seekers, registered employers, active jobs and active CVs in the database
