CEO & Founder: Darren Revell MA (Nlp), born 1968 Pembury, England.

Darren began his recruitment career in 1990 when he spent a decade as a recruiter, manager and ultimately owner of a global search company.  In 2000 Darren founded our company and whilst setting out the vision for the tools and services we see today he consulted with and took feedback from 5,000 recruiters, at 1,000 recruiting firms and 100 HR proffesionals at leading global employers before committing our company to build the definitive suite of tools and services we have today.

Founding Partner: Valerii Verbovetskyi PMP, born 1977 Kiev, Ukraine.

Valerii began his online recruitment career in April 2002 when he joined the company to head up our software development operations.  In just 6 short years Valerii has become something of an Online Recruitment expert whose skills reach far beyond software into, recruitment strategy, marketing, search engine optimisation etc.

Founding Partner: Adrian Corcoran, born 1973 Ballina, Ireland.

Adrian joined our company at the end of our first year of trading. Initially he ran our Search practice until it was sold via an MBO in 2007.  Adrian gained a repuatuion for honesty and quality of services in his first few years with our company and as a result has made a successful transition into software sales, where he sits today as head of our sales operation for UK staffing companies.

IT Director: Alexey Usatenko MA (Computing), born 1984 Brovary, Ukraine.

Alexey joined our company in 2005 when he brought a broad range of development expertise to our company. He joined our fast track programme to lead development projects in our Job Board, Career Centre and ATS/RMS technologies. Alexey's contributions to our company have been so outstanding that in 2007 he became our IT director responsible for continuing the innovation path for which our tools have been recognised for.
